How MB2 Dental Solutions Helped A Dentist In New Mexico Reduce His Work Load

The tagline of MB2 Dental Solutions is “We Are Dentistry”. What they mean by this is that they fully support sole proprietorship dental offices. They reject the old idea of the industry that you were either alone in your sole practice or you had to become a cog in the machine at some corporate dentistry outfit. Instead, they develop a deep partnership with those want to own their own practice but also have the benefits of being part of something larger. The founder and chief executive officer of the company, Dr. Chris Steven Villanueva, DMD, says that the goal is to provide evidence that those in the dental profession are determined, disciplined, and united in what they offer.

Today MB2 Dental Solutions is partnered with 90 practices spread across six states. This includes 37 dental practice owners and 200 doctors in all. They offer a broad range of business services such as human resources, accounting & finance, billing & collections, procurement, and more. The dentists that partner with them don’t give up their clinical autonomy, though. They also maintain autonomy where they want such as what insurance they will accept from patients and what type of technology they use in their offices. They can pick and choose what business services they want MB2 Dental Solutions to handle and which they would prefer having direct control over.

One of the latest dentists to join MB2 Dental Solutions was Dr. Justin Nylund of New Mexico. He has a dental practice called Taos Dental Group where he has practiced since 2010. In welcoming him on board, Dr. Chris Steven Villanueva said that Dr. Nylund is someone that has shown a strong commitment to those in the community in which he operates. He also said that Dr. Nylund enjoyed the great outdoors and as a person with a family he was very committed to having an excellent work-life balance. It was about three months prior to joining MB2 Dental Solutions that Dr. Justin Nylund saw that there were things at his practice that could really be improved upon. He was doing a lot of work on the business plus seeing patients and it all collectively was really too much for him. He said that he was working 45 hours a week seeing patients and then had to spend another 30 hours doing administrative tasks on top of it. That was why he joined MB2 Dental Solutions as it greatly decreased his workload.

Omar Boarie is Thanked for His Work

I think that it is safe to say that Omar Boraie is the Savior for the city of New Brunswick, New Jersey. It was solely because of his passion and determination that the city of New Brunswick came out of the grave and is thriving as one of the major power players in the state of New Jersey today.

40 years ago the New Jersey State Senate was in discussion on whether or not New Brunswick, New Jersey was going to die. Many people on both the left and the right were pointing to several factors that would inevitably lead to New Brunswick death. They pointed out that the family atmosphere was decaying at an alarming rate. They also pointed out that the middle class was leaving as a result. They stated that as the middle class left, jobs were beginning to decline. As jobs declined, so did the tax revenue which left less money in the city coffers. As city resources grew scarce, various nonprofits and politicians fought for the few resources still available.

Omar Boraie was one of people at the Senate hall that day. He refused to believe that that New Brunswick was close to death. Omar Boraie set out to heal the city.

Omar Boraie began working to make New Brunswick become a place everyone wanted to raise a family. He knew full that businesses could not do such a thing. In order to help New Brunswick thrive and turn around, he would need to work through the various churches and nonprofits in the community. He agreed that if they developed strategies that would work, he would provide them the necessary money to make these dreams a reality. Check out boraie.com for more.

Omar Boraie also began implementing a strategy that he hoped would bring back the middle class. This strategy was simple. He decided to take his most luxurious office space but lease it for a price that a young middle class professional could afford. This made his prices competitive and enticed the middle class professional to set up shop in his city.

Boraie Development recently stood in front of the New Jersey State Senate and announced that the city of New Brunswick would not die anytime soon. He was awarded the medal of compassion for his determination and loyalty to the city. They are looking at building a statue in his honor, which is the least they could do.

Talkspace: the world of online therapy

Users of Talkspace, an innovated app that provides online mental health care, have been reporting more improvement in the state of their mental health from weeks using the app than they had from months of traditional therapy.

Oren Frank, the founder of Talkspace, launched the platform in 2012 and it has grown rapidly since then. In 2017 the app had 500,000 subscribers and Talkspace employed more than 1000 healthcare professionals.

Magellan Health, a large insurance provider, has shown an interest in Talkspace and soon plans to offer the service to the customers they insure. This means that thousands of people will soon have access to mental health care from a specialist any time they need it.

To prove that online therapy is effective, Frank cites a study of 99,000 United States veterans. The veterans were given access to online therapy and by the conclusion of the study mental health hospitalization amongst participants had fallen by 25 percent.

The professional therapist at Talkspace are specifically trained to provide quality care through the mediums that the platform employs, including text messages, emails, and video chatting. Users of Talkspace can access their therapist at any time, with some plans offering only text message communication, and other plans offering video chat therapy sessions.

Betsy DeVos Hits Ground Running as U.S. Secretary of Education

After Vice President Mike Pence cast a historic deciding vote, Betsy DeVos became the United States Secretary of Education for President Trump’s administration. One of her first acts was to announce that President Trump was rescinding the bathroom executive order issued by President Obama. Therefore, students had to use the restroom corresponding to their assigned sexual identity.

She also almost immediately called the two heads of the largest teachers unions in the United States to suggest that they meet with her. The president of the National Education Association refused to meet with her while the president of the American Federation of Teachers said that she and Betsy had made plans to visit schools together.

While some opponents argue that Betsy DeVos is out to end public education in America, she would argue that she is determined to see that each child receive the very best education possible regardless of the income level of their parents. She told Cal Thomas in an interview that 75 to 80 percent of parents wanted the right to send their children to the school that they felt met their child’s needs the best.

Betsy was educated in Holland Christian Schools, but from her childhood, she has a firm grasp of the state of public education since her mother was a public school teacher. Her father started as a machine operated, but he quit and with the help of two co-workers began his own company. The company grew to be the largest manufacturer of die-cast machines in the United States.

Betsy also believes that the best ideas for education start at the lowest levels. She says that on her tour of public schools she has been pleased to meet many very dedicated educators. When asked by Thomas if she thought the office of United States Secretary of Education should be abolished, she said no. She does, however, believe that its power should be severely curtailed. She says that the federal government should only make sure that the needs of special education students are being met and that anti-discrimination issues are dealt with effectively.

Betsy has been very active in her new role. She has already sent several Every Student Succeeds Act plans back to the states to be revised saying that they were not ambitious enough. She has already sent plans back saying that states cannot use advanced placement tests to determine if a student is able to move ahead or what programs they should attend.

Betsy DeVos may have barely become education secretary, but she has hit the ground running. She is determined to work with those who vehemently oppose school choice while holding states responsible for educating students effectively. Learn more:  http://www.betsydevos.com/
